Read all the way through or make your way to the bottom for the full Spotify playlist of our Friday discoveries.

Kenny – Still Woozy
One of our favorite modern artists is back with another amazing track. Still Woozy’s new song “Kenny,” has an awesome build and unique feel that makes it an emotional and exciting new song. It’s the perfect track for a walk or for relaxing at the beach on a sunny day.

Woman On The Moon (ft. UPSAHL) – Yung Bae
New age disco house artist, Yung Bae, is back with a fun new song featuring Phoenix singer UPSAHL. The track, titled “Woman on the Moon,” is an upbeat, funky track that includes some nice guitar chucking and the typical strings and horns that Yung Bae loves to use.

One Time – Vindata & Kaydence
LA-based duo Vindata team up with singer Kaydence to create a song that mixes R&B, electronic, and hip-hop in a fun way. Vindata bring their high quality ears for production to create a beat that keeps the song moving along extremely well.

We Found It – Myd & Bakar
Electronic artist Myd connects with one of our favorite up and coming singer’s Bakar to create a vibed out track that will make you dance and relax at the same time. The first half of the song is very laid back and focuses in on Bakar’s soothing voice leading up to a more upbeat chorus that will make you groove.

Feel My Body – Space Motion, Frank’O Moiraghi, & Kevin McKay
Funky, sassy, soulful and downright fun are the best ways to try to put “Feel My Body” into words! We love some Kevin McKay around here because we can always trust that he is going to lay down some top-notch soulful house tunes. In this one, Kev does just that and more while keeping things on the mellower side in relation to some of our favorites by him.

The Music – Kideko & Saffron Stone
Since discovering some of his classics, Kideko has been big on our radar for fun and upbeat house tunes. “The Music” is as bouncy and playful as ever, with an ultra catchy vocal!

Sincopa Liquida – Felipe Gordon
If you’ve been following the blog then you are no stranger to the Colombian producer Felipe Gordon and his uniquely chill and vibey style of house. “Sincopa Liquida” fits in with many of his releases, but with an even more chill feel that combines lounge-style jazz and elements of funk to keep things swinging. If this one did it for you, throw Felipe Gordon on shuffle, you won’t be disappointed!

Britney – Paluma
A newer up and coming artist on our radar, Paluma, just earned his seat at the table with his latest release of “Britney,” a high-energy clubby house mix of the good ol’ classic “Toxic” by Britney Spears. With a rolling bassline, punching beat and the beloved vocal from Britney’s original, this one is a super fun and nostalgic banger!

Album DREAMLAND 2021 – ZHU
We have been extremely excited for ZHU’s third album, DREAMLAND 2021, and it has definitely not disappointed. The album goes through the range of music that ZHU makes including some songs that are lower energy, mysterious, and brooding, while others are upbeat and go really hard. Some of our favorites include “How Does It Feel (ft. Channel Tres),” “Zhudio54 (ft. partywithray),” & “ONLY (ft. Tinashe).”

Album Yasuke – Flying Lotus
As an executive producer and creator of the soundtrack, Flying Lotus has been putting in work to get the world prepared for his new show on Netflix based around the first Black samurai. If the soundtrack is any hint as to what the Lakeith Stanfield starring show will be, then we are extremely excited. Some of our favorites are “Crust,” “Black Gold (ft. Thundercat),” & “African Samurai (ft. Denzel Curry).

Album Covers by Cannons – Cannons
Los Angeles based trio, Cannons, knows how to make a good cover and that probably has a lot to do with their total command of their sound which is unique and nostalgic. Their new cover album features some awesome covers of “Sex on Fire” by Kings of Leon, “Golden” by Harry Styles, & “Pretty Boy” by The Neighbourhood.

Album KHALED KHALED – DJ Khaled
Another one from DJ Khaled. Although we still don’t really know what he does, DJ Khaled is a genius when it comes to getting incredible talent together and putting them on songs that are sure to become hits. This new album has more features than we could ever discuss and it hits hard. Some of our favorites are “I DID IT (ft. Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, & DaBaby),” “LET IT GO (ft. Justin Bieber & 21 Savage),” & “SORRY NOT SORRY (ft. Nas, JAY-Z, & James Fauntleroy).”

Remix EP Fireworks Remixes – Purple Disco Machine (ft. Moss Kena & The Knocks)
After Purple Disco Machine released Fireworks, we were blown away by the incredible sounds and feels. Today we received two awesome remixes of the funky track by Torren Foot and Breakbot/Irfane. The first is a housey, upbeat track that changes the feel of the song, but is fun to dance to. The second is funky and fun, and more similar to the original.

And some more tracks that stood out this week:
