Hyperlandia – deadmau5 (ft. Foster the People)
deadmau5 has been making new songs over the last couple years featuring some unusual artists that you wouldn’t think to be working with the prolific producer/DJ. On his newest track, “Hyperlandia,” deadmau5 teams up with beloved indie rock band, Foster the People. In the song, we get deadmau5’s classic arpeggiated synths that build a great backdrop for Mark Foster’s always amazing vocals.
Lipstick – Kungs
You may know Kungs from his hit songs like “This Girl” & “Never Going Home,” but his new song definitely stands out amongst the rest. Sounding like a prodigy of Purple Disco Machine, Kungs crafts a funky tune that’ll definitely get you grooving on “Lipstick.”
Doesn’t Matter – BENEE
Breakout indie pop artist, BENEE, flew onto the map with her super popular song “Supalonely” featuring Gus Dapperton. As she continues to find success, BENEE has released a new song titled “Doesn’t Matter.” It’s more laid back than some of her other songs, but definitely sets a spectacular vibe.
My Humps – Joshwa & Lee Foss
Tech House has been overrun by songs that use the vocals of a nostalgic song to grip listeners and bring a new flavor to the song. Due to this, we have been gifted several awesome “cover” songs over the last year. The newest one by house artists Joshwa & Lee Foss, takes Black Eyed Pea’s classic “My Humps,” and flips it on its head with a full on tech house sound.
Album = – Ed Sheeran
Legendary modern singer/songwriter/musician, Ed Sheeran, has released his newest album simply titled =. This album features many new sounds that we don’t often hear from the Irish artist. With the influence of dance music sounds to accompany Ed’s always golden voice, the new album is an awesome branch out that takes his classic sound and brings it in a fun, new direction. Some of our favorite tracks from the album are “Overpass Graffiti,” “2step,” & “First Times.”
Spotify Singles Spotify Singles – Snoh Aalegra
After Snoh Aalegra’s incredible album TEMPORARY HIGHS IN THE VIOLET SKIES, we were really excited to get her Spotify Singles session which includes a rendition of “LOST YOU (screwed not chopped),” & “DO 4 LOVE.”
Spotify Singles Spotify Singles – The Marías
The Marías have been proving themselves in the music scene over the last couple years as they craft dreamy, awesome tracks. On their new Spotify Singles, The Marías do an incredible cover of Bad Bunny & Jhay Cortez’s hit song “DÁKITI,” as well as a rendition of their popular song “Hush.”
