Welcome to a festive week of Infinite Purple’s New Music Friday recap where we listen through this week’s released tracks to bring you the songs that stand out!

Read all the way through or make your way to the bottom for the full Spotify playlist of our Friday discoveries.

Toma Que Toma – Toro & Polocorp
Electro pop duo, Toro, teams up again with one half of Polo & Pan to create a fun and worldly track that will get you dancing. With some bouncing vocals and many unique synths & sounds, “Toma Que Toma,” is another wonderful track from the French pair. Keep an eye out for more to come from the up-and-comers!

1000 Nights – Jaykae (ft. Jorja Smith)
English rapper, Jaykae, recruits R&B superstar Jorja Smith for a song that puts Jorja’s beautiful voice at the forefront. With a somewhat broken beat and some light piano chords, the two artists let their emotions take the stage.

Keep On Moving – Louis The Child (ft. NEZ & Theophilus London)
Although we aren’t the biggest fans of electro dance duo, Louis The Child, we were excited to hear their newest release that features producer NEZ & incredible rapper/vocalist Theophilus London. This track is fun and exciting, and we can’t wait to hear it on the dance-floor sometime soon.

Toast – Pond
As psychedelic rock band, Pond, prepares for their upcoming album, they have been releasing some really awesome singles to get us excited. Their newest release, “Toast,” is a light psychedelic track that incorporates some nice strings, guitar riffing, and vocals. We can’t wait for the forthcoming album from the group!

Let The Groove – Earth n Days
Earth n Days is easily one of our favorite dance artists because of their unique sound that is perfectly in between funky disco and harder house. In true EnD fashion, “Let The Groove” is funky and upbeat with a super catchy vocal and a nicely heavy bass!

Footsteps In The Dark (The Isley Brothers Cover) – Cannons
After releasing the first 3 covers on Cannons Covers by Cannons EP, we were super excited to receive another classic cover. Originally by The Isley Brothers, “Footsteps In The Dark,” is a funky, laid back track that’s perfect for a summer day. Cannons give their unique take on the classic track and we are definitely here for it.

In Da Getto – J Balvin & Skrillex
Whether you went through a Skrillex phase or not, his recent collaboration with J Balvin is something else. Sampling David Morales 1993 hit “In Da Ghetto,” this one is as catchy as they come with some really fun and bouncy Latin house vibes.

Stop This Flame – Celeste & MK
We had already fallen in love with Celeste’s original track “Stop This Flame,” off of her incredible album Not Your Muse released earlier this year. Today, we received an awesome new dance version of the track with veteran DJ/producer/remixer MK giving it his unique sound. This version is a perfect summer track that we will have on repeat!

Goody Goody (Capyac’s Good Mix) – Ishi & Cure for Paranoia
CAPYAC is at it again with another unique and diverse release. This one is a juicy blend of hip hop and some downtempo indie vibes with some really cool sounds in between that bring it all together. Whether you’re walking by the beach or enjoying the sunset, this one is a vibe.

EP Voyager – Richie Quake
We have truly grown to love Richie Quake over the last year as he has released tracks building up to his new EP Voyager. He has a beautifully authentic sound that makes his songs unique and powerful. Some of our favorite tracks from the album are “Afterglow,” “Sensitive,” & “Voyager.”

And some more tracks that stood out this week:
