Read all the way through or make your way to the bottom for the full Spotify playlist of our Friday discoveries.

Mon Cheri – Sofi Tukker & Amadou & Mariam
Sofi Tukker is back with their long-awaited track “Mon Cheri.” This was a dream collab for the electronic group as they teamed up with husband and wife duo, Amadou & Mariam. It’s a fun house song that incorporates Sofi Tukker’s signature guitar playing and beats plus Amadou & Mariam bringing their amazing vocals.

Don’t Forget Your Neighborhood – Cola Boyy & The Avalanches
Native Californian, Cola Boyy, teamed up with one of our favorite new bands, The Avalanches, to put together a happy song that will make you feel good. On “Don’t Forget Your Neighborhood,” we get some sparkly, dreamy rock vibes incorporating some awesome piano and synth sounds. This songs perfect for a summer walk or car ride.

Day ‘N’ Nite – nightswimX
Anonymous new house duo, nightswimX, has released their first single and it is awesome. “Day ‘N’ Nite,” a house cover of Kid Cudi’s classic track, is an awesome showing of what’s to come from the new artist. With some awesome vocals and a pumping house beat, this song is bound to get you grooving on the dance floor.

Rose Pink Cadillac – DOPE LEMON
DOPE LEMON has been making super fun indie rock for a while now and his newest track, “Rose Pink Cadillac,” is proving his skill once again. It’s a grooving rock track that takes his laid back vocals and fun guitar stylings to make a track that is perfect for a day on the beach or on the road.

Estética – Andrew Lux
Los Angeles-based DJ and producer, Andrew Lux, has been pumping out high-energy house tunes for a few years now and they just keep getting better and better. Though Lux’s productions range from disco to bass house to tech house, “Estética” lies nicely in the middle of the house realm with a bit of a Latin flare. Keep an eye out for more Lux!

Take You Higher – LEISURE
We have been huge fans of LEISURE for a while now after their album Side A absolutely blew us away. On their new track, “Take You Higher,” the band creates a laid back, vibed out track with some nice summer-y guitar playing and smooth vocals.

All I Want (Purple Disco Machine Remix) – Boys Noize (ft. Jake Shears)
Whenever we see a remix by Purple Disco Machine, we simply must listen and we almost always end up loving the song. PDM has unlocked the disco formula to making any great song, just a little greater and funkier. This is a bonafide 2am club smasha’ M8 (British Accent).

Right – Khruangbin
We are huge lovers of Khruangbin here at IP and know that they can do no wrong. We were stoked to see them included on the compilation album Modern Love which took some amazing artists and had them do covers of David Bowie’s music. Khruangbin put their spin on “Right” giving it their signature sound and vibe.

Album Nobody Is Not Loved – Solomun
For the past 20 years, Solomun has been an influential figure in the dance music and he has no plans on stopping anytime soon. His latest album is really awesome features the likes of Jamie Fox, ÄTNA, Zoot Woman, Isolated Berlin and many more.

EP Lovers Path – Insightful
Insightful is both a beautiful producer and person, and we were super excited to finally get his new EP, Lovers Path. With some incredible features, this EP is an awesome work of art that is definitely worth a full listen through. Some of our favorite tracks from the EP are “Without You (ft. Baby Rose),” “Hollow (ft. Julius),” & “Learn (ft. Tay Iwar).”

Album Date at the Disco – Bellaire
Bellaire has not only been releasing consistent originals since popping up on our radar, but the French DJ/producer also puts out some of the most fun and funky dance music out there. “Date at the Disco” is in true Bellaire fashion, with a celebratory vibe and loads of funky instrumentation.

Album Exodus – DMX
Exodus is the perfect farewell album to a troubled man yet extremely talented man, who was respected by a ton of incredibly talented artists/musicians and it shows. This album features Snoop Dogg, Nas, Alicia Keys, Jay Z, Lil Wayne and even Bono.

And some more tracks that stood out this week:
