If you have not given Davido’s newest album a listen through, it is time (full album at the bottom of this post). The album, A Better Time, was recorded in Lagos after Davido had to cancel his tour midway through due to COVID restrictions.

The Nigerian vocalist, producer, & pop superstar has been releasing music for the last decade and has been growing his sound ever since he started.

Our favorite track from the album is titled “Tanana” and features the incredible Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage who recently released a wonderful album of her own. On this track we get a nice, laid back summer vibe as Davido and Tiwa sing about their loves on “another Saturday.”

This song brings all the summer vibes as we move into a different part of the year. Pop this on when you need to relax and float away to an easier time.
